It's all about me...

As mentioned, I love water, snow and cycling the hills. I've been practicing yoga on and off for twenty years but decided to train as a 5 Elements Yoga instructor (200YTT) a few years ago.  

Bringing absolute beginners up to a level where they feel confident to join regular classes is really important to me; when you do yoga, you sort of want everyone else to get the benefit too.  

I've really enjoyed building and teaching programmes for specific injuries, sports and also being able to work with experienced practitioners to fine tune their asanas and also help them achieve new poses e.g headstand.
